Let’s add your product to Amazon.
- To do this, enter your account menu, select Inventory, and Manage Inventory
- Next, click Add a product to add our new product
- If we want to sell a product that is already on Amazon, we can enter the asin-code of the existing product. In this case, we will sell goods similar to those already presented, competing with other sellers of goods-analogues, which is not good.
But since we have agreed that we create our own brand (a product with a unique logo, characteristics, etc.), we choose to create a new listing. - Next, you need to select the category of our product, having completed the selection, press the Select button.

If you are unable to find the category you are interested in, choose another one that is closest to you. - Fill in the table with information about the product. In the future, this table will be overwritten by us, because we enter only the most necessary (fields marked with an asterisk):
- Manufacturer-Specify the name of our brand;
- Product Name-Enter the name of our product;
- UPC or ean – a Unique identifier of the product contained in the barcode applied to the product;
- Condition – the condition of the product, select the New;
- Your price is the retail price of the product.

Depending on the category you choose, the number of required fields may vary.
After filling in all the necessary fields, click Save and finish and our product will be added to our section Inventory.
Create shipping (shipment)
Creating shipment, we will notify warehouses of Amazon Fulfillment program that is expected to deliver our product to their warehouse. After receiving our goods and scanning the labels on the packaging, the goods will be associated with our account. Thus, the system will determine that this product belongs to us.
When creating a shipment.
We receive the address of the warehouse (there may be several) where our goods will be sent;
Generated by a special sticker on the packaging of our product;
We notify the system about the upcoming delivery of goods to FBA warehouses.
1. Again, go to the Inventory menu and select the sub-item Manage FBA Inventory
2. Once in the Amazon-Fulfilled Inventory, note the boxes of the product that we ship. In the window above the table, select Send / Replanish Inventory and click Go.
3. In the next window you need to choose the method of packaging our product
Individual products – for products with individual packaging (during transportation);
Case-packed products-for products Packed in several units in one box (this is what happens in most cases).
After that, press the button Continue to shipping plan.
4. In the next window, you will need to specify the address from which the shipment will be made. This address will provide you with the supplier or transport company. You must also specify the number of units of the product in the box and the number of boxes that will be sent.

Thus, you specify how many units of the product will arrive at the Amazon warehouse.
5. On the next tab, you can select the one who makes the preparation of the goods. In the case of the first submission, this role is more reliable to trust Amazon itself.
6. The Label Product tab contains information about who will mark asin/FNSKU products with codes. Each product coming to the FBA warehouse is marked with unique codes that are generated by Amazon itself. For the first delivery it is better to entrust it to the store itself, by analogy with the previous item. Later, this role can be assigned to suppliers in China, it will cost much cheaper.

7. Next, Amazon generates a shipment, indicating which warehouses will receive the goods. In our case, the delivery was divided into 3 batches for 3 warehouses respectively.

After confirming this information, we will form labels that need to be applied to the box. By clicking on one of the buttons on the right side of the screen we will go to the tab of preparation of shipment for this warehouse. All the following will need to be repeated for each of the warehouses specified by the FBA system.
8. On the Prepare Shipment page, you must specify.
In the section Shipping Service-select Small parcel delivery, and select the transport company in the drop-down list
In the section Shipment packing specify the method of packaging (one or more boxes) and the parameters of the boxes with the goods:

Please note that the dimensions and weight of the boxes are entered in inches and pounds respectively.
Once this information is confirmed, Amazon generates shipping stickers for the boxes with the goods.

The stickers will be downloaded to your computer in pdf format.
The number of labels corresponds to the number of boxes in the shipment to the FBA warehouse. For each consignment, depending on how many warehouses your shipment was divided in item 7, you will need to repeat this operation.

All received stickers will need to be sent to your supplier and ask him to mark your cargo.
9. In the Summary tab, after your goods have been shipped directly to China, you can enter tracking numbers for each shipment so that Amazon FBA and you can track the goods in the warehouse.
